1 private room left for rent. Please read the entire ad before messaging us. I am the owner, an American 🇺🇸 military disabled veteran whom is easy going, retired from the Federal Government with thirty three years of service whom is renting to non-drug use, non-smoking and non-drinking professionals preferred. The mansion house is very large sqft with 4 levels which features various security measures in Denver’s Green Valley Ranch (GVR) upscale community near the Denver International Airport. Currently renting private rooms to various airline employees on a permanent basis and has 7 furnished rooms and 2 bedroom apartment unfurnished. The rooms all includes, mini refrigerator, microwave oven, thirty two inch TV with WI-FI whom shares 1 full bathroom as others share different bedrooms. Food is not included in the rent but you can buy and store your food in separate refrigerators and cook in the kitchen. We have 3 cats, although we have cats we are not accepting any renters with any pets. We also have 6 backyard chickens 🐓 that provide us fresh eggs daily. No photo, no response. Only 1 person per room. As a minimum we would prefer someone mature and responsible, ish or older, with professional work experience. No students. Where do you work and your monthly income? (pay stubs required) Normally your monthly income should equal 3x or more of the rent. You may inquire but if you show up at the property without providing your additional info, ad posted photos, pay stubs, drivers license and any other requirements in advance, you will not get a response and be denied.
