What’s up everybody, I’m Michael. I’ve been living here in WA for a little over 9 years now (From Anchorage). I’m currently in the market to rent a room in a house/apartment with another like minded roommate who values cleanliness, open communication, respect, and has a fun-loving personality! Being fully transparent, I am looking for someone who wants to cultivate friendship with me as their roomie. I have no issue with people who want to keep themselves, but I find that there needs to be a good balance between the two in order to establish a healthy living dynamic. I am looking to move out here in the next 2 months or so , as I need to give my current roommate/landlord notice that I will be vacating. I do work a lot, but in my free-time I do enjoy working out, going to coffee shops, reading, watching football, being outdoors, trying new restaurants, going to movies, and visiting my family out of state when I can. If you’re looking for a roommate who’s intentional with everything they do, acts like an adult, and will be an overall positive addition to your life, I’m your guy!
