Hi I am of age , male working as an engineer in a Tech firm. I am looking for a flatmate/roommate preferably a male of similar intellect and age who can co-sign a lease with me for b apartment during end November or early December somewhere in san jose or Santa Clara. I don't usually cook much but I am not a commuter therefore would prefer someone who believe in equality at common areas. I don't smoke, drink and usually eat vegetarian meal but have no dietary or drinking restrictions. I usually keep to myself and get social on occasions. You won't expect any noise and breach of privacy from my side and I expect the same. I am chill with you getting your friends/family to stay over and I expect the same :). I have shortlisted some apartments (enclosed images) which we can co-sign or find new apartments. Dm if interested
