Hi i have a room available/ preferably looking for a female I’m in newell area. years old, I prefer female anywhere from there is a separate bathroom, but it would be shared with an additional roommate as I have my own bathroom. The only other person that would be living in the house is my year-old father who also have his own room in bathroom. I live in a bedroom house loaders privacy for everyone
