Friendly female looking to rent out a room in my 6 bedroom house in Danbury, Ct. For $ a month and 1 month security deposit. All utilities included, room size . This room is furnished, Room consists of tv with Roku streaming and tv stand, small bureau, Extra large closet, small rug, end table and couch, which can be used to sleep on and ceiling fan. Can only fit twin size bed in room. WiFi is included. Houseshare consists of Shared kitchen and appliances, shared bathroom, livingroom with inch tv with Roku streaming and plenty of recliners. Heat and electric, washer and dryer and own refrigerator included. A/c included but not in your room that’s extra. Use of outside deck, grill and pool. Plenty of street parking, bus stop 1 min walking distance. Area has plenty of food chains and shopping center. I also rent out another room on the first floor. I live on the top floor with my son.
