I am a single guy with a part time kid and 2 dogs (the dogs can be relocated if necessary). I work a lot and am not often home, I have two rooms, shared bathroom if 2 separate renters. Shared kitchen and living space downstairs with a small fitness room. I’m very easy going and looking to help people out who need it
