My wife and I are late and mid twenties, and we’ve got a black lab. We own the home and live in the master bedroom side and rent the 3 others. We have renovated the house so it’s brand new, super cozy and has nice fixtures. Our neighborhood is very quiet and the surrounding area has all the typical shopping and restaurants you’d expect. 5 minutes to altamonte mall, less to i4, you can get to downtown very quickly if traffic is clear. We’re a pretty clean household. Your room is your business, but common areas are expected to be kept up with. We aren’t huge sticklers but if you’re the guy leaving crumbs and dishes all the time, it’s gonna get old cleaning up after you 😅. It’s a mid s year olds house. No drugs, no smoking, no pets, no parties. Having friends over occasionally is fine but the main thing is being respectful to everyone else. We do background checks, no past convictions, and call references/employers. We've had plenty of room mates so we're comfortable with inviting you in to our house. Looking for others who are courteous, responsible, and friendly.
