Shops, supermarket and everything you need including an hr market are all within a few mins walk from the house as well.Would suit a single male, who is very quiet, clean and respectful with good reference/s. The rent is $ utilities (internet etc) are paid on the last day of each month. There is a security deposit of half the months rent to begin with which you will get back when leaving.About me: I'm originally from New Zealand and have lived here since . I am very easy going, quiet and an introvert/extrovert. When I'm home I'm generally watching sport or movies.
