Looking for someone to take over a lease on a bath apartment in Verona- available NOW through May (with option of renewal)!! Rent is $/month (already paid for October), including water, trash, and underground garage parking, as well as a storage unit in the garage. Apartment is sq ft and comes fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, in-unit washer/dryer, and a balcony, along with many other apartment amenities including a pool and fitness center.I have had no problems with complex or management- it is a nice and quiet place to live and all the staff is very friendly. Had to move due to going back to school in a different state- had nothing to do with the apartment.
