Hello! I’m subletting my room at the Cottages of Boone ( Makers Lane). Looking for any takers ASAP! The house has 5 bedrooms and 5 baths but this is just for my room. This is a sublease! The entire apartment is bath but the sublease is for bath. Mountaineer Villages is such a wonderful place to live at! The room is big and has a view of the trees through the window. Deer come up all the time! The bathroom has plenty of space and built in storage. All the staff are nice and welcoming, they really care. Multiple amenities come with the apartment like a gym, pool, fireplace, volleyball court, study lounge, washer/dryer in unit, heating, air, dishwasher, it is right in front of the bus stop, and more! Maintenance is quick, efficient, and respectful. The roommates are also wonderful, we have never had a problem! They are super sweet and tidy. We work together to keep the common areas clean and don’t mind helping each other out!

Rent- $ a month, utilities for me are always $ and is all electricity, WiFi is provided. Luckily the door in the photo opens so when it gets hot I just open the door instead of running up the bill and it never gets super cold in here it’s insulated well. Closet space concerned me at first when I moved into here but having the area to hang clothes as well as an area below to put a small dresser makes it not a problem. I got the grey ottoman at Home goods for $ and put all my clothes in there as a dresser so it makes it look nice and hidden for more space and I have a ton of clothes myself. My bed is a queen so that gives a better idea of how large the room is. When I first moved in and there was nothing in here I was disappointed because of how small I thought it was. But truly the more stuff I added the bigger it felt and I really do love this place but I want to move back to Clt for internships. I play my music pretty loud sometimes and never had noise complaints. My neighbor next to me, and I only have one too so that’s nice says he can’t even hear it. The mount for the TV I’ll just give it to you, it be wrong to put holes in the wall and leave you to deal with it but it creates so much more space having a tv mounted. It takes me like a minute to walk to the bus stop, and only a 4 minute drive to school. The drop off is next to the student union so if you have morning classes you can stay at the crib until like minutes before your class starts. I can’t the bus and I get to class at usually. It really is worth the cost. Only downside is parking. Idk how a lease takeover would work if you’d be able to get a pass. It’s $ a month but I don’t think they have any spots. I park right across the street though at the urgent care bc they don’t tow. And it isn’t bad to walk from my apartment. I’m also next to the only vending machine so that’s dope Lmk what other questions you have!
