House also has full alarm system with cameras. Plenty of parking available on street and very nice quiet location. I also have a gym if u want to use which will be $ extra per month. Tenant is able to bring a mini double decker refrigerator/freezer in the bedroom..I’m asking for $ per month plus $ deposit & Utilities is $ Month. This is a month to month rental or can do a 3 month, or 6 month lease with option to renew if all good. Tenant must provide check stubs & will do a background check ..Be respectful no drama drug free no overnight guests ..if you look at the room and ur interested you will have to fill out a basic roommate application with your information . This is a very nice drug free home and it’s very peaceful and we want to keep it that way.
