The bathroom is directly across the hall from the bedroom. I am the only other person here. I’m . I am a business owner and very busy. The lease will be from January 1st to February th. ONLY TWO MONTHS. I might have it available prior to that date. Just finishing out my lease and that lease won’t be renewed. A deposit will be required of $. I do not party and rarely have friends over. There is a garage spot open for one vehicle. It can fit a truck as long as the truck isn’t a diesel truck or lifted. Has a backyard and in a quiet neighborhood. House is furnished while the bedroom is unfurnished. If you have any questions or want to see the place, please just let me know! No pets. I already have two well behaved dogs. Must be able to show proof of income.
