La habitación está amueblada con una cama de cm y armario. El metro está cruzando la calle y tiene varias líneas que pasan con mucha frecuencia. Es una zona súper tranquila con supermercados, bares y placitas. A dos minutos tiene un gimnasio nuevo con piscina. También tiene el rio a 5 minutos para poder ir a hacer ejercicio o pasear. Los gastos no están incluidos, será en base al consumo, únicamente de luz y agua. Y 5€ de wifi. El piso tiene 2 habitaciones dobles pero de uso individual y una individual.- No se admiten parejas - No se admiten animales - No se puede fumar.
