Golf course view with lots of grass. I don’t smoke but don’t care if you do! Caged pets allowed, no cats or dogs (allergic!). weed & LGBT friendly. Very chill vibe here and I understand that if you rent here you’re not just renting a room, but renting the whole place. No weird rules about kitchen usage or guests. Tons of guest parking. If you’re kosher or halal I can accommodate fridge space. On weekends I sometimes host board game nights or ttrpgs that don’t go past elevenOclock.
