Private room on 2nd floor with private bathroom/shower and a common shared space. The house is on an acre, park like setting in Webster Groves next door to Blackburn park and a mile from Webster University and Old Orchard. I have my kids with me every other week ( yo girl and yo boy). Both are good at respecting privacy.

Large house near to all the highways and in a quiet neighborhood. Private room and bathroom. Shared kitchen and living room spaces.

The rent would include utilizes. I have a one bathrooms in st. Ann. For location reference it’s 5 mins from the airport.
