I live with 3 people at the moment. I’ve been living at this address for over 7 years and I absolutely love the place. The place is located in a beautiful Irish community. The apartment is in a 3-story multi-family home. We have half of the second floor and the entire third floor. The second floor consists of a living area, dining area, and kitchen. The top floor has three bedrooms and the bathroom. The rent is paid month to month so there’s no lease to get locked into. There is plenty of street parking around the apartment, and no need to move for street cleaning. The town in which the apartment is located has a great atmosphere. One of my current roommates is moving out at the end of November and I’d like to fill that spot so I don’t lose this wonderful apartment!

Room is nice, comfortable with TV, internet, and cable access.

This is a huge room for rent in the Norwood section of the Bronx. The room measures almost square feet. Also has a closet adjacent to the room. The train station (D Train th street) is literally right outside the building. Elevator building with laundry facility in the basement. Coffee shops, laundromats, restaurants, bakeries, grocery stores, liquor stores and discount store etc very accessible.You would live with two other working adult males who maintain different work schedules.I am looking for a working person who can afford to pay the rent and pay on time.
