I am looking for a roommate for my house in Manor. It is a fully furnished home, and you would have a fully furnished room. It is just me and my two cats- there will be no other roommates. I am open to other pets, but it might take some time for our animals to get used to each other. There can be no smoking in the house, but vaping is okay. It is a bath home, with square feet. I have converted one of the bedrooms into an office, which you will also have access to. There is an alarm system for the house, a ring camera, and a camera in the kitchen area, all for safety. Your bathroom is not private, but you will basically be the only one using it since I have my own bathroom attached to my room. I would prefer a woman roommate, but I am open to men as well. I like to keep the house clean and tidy, and I don’t like messes.Rent would be $ a month plus utilities (around $ depending on the time of year)Application fee of $Security deposit of $Pet deposit of $ (if applicable)I work downtown every day, and the drive is about minutes with no tolls. I bought this new home in Whisper Valley in Manor to use as a place to stay on my workdays at Tesla. The neighborhood is built with sustainable living. Naturally, there is a car charger at the house and the pool/club house. I am barely there (% of the nights) and my wife even less so. Basically, I use it to sleep and shower between long shifts. We do have a cat but it would be a rare that she would be there. I am looking for a professional who would share the home and use it as I do. The house is good size and there are two bedrooms, full bath and game room that is available upstairs. The Utility Room and kitchen would be shared. The new washer dryer is a combo unit and super quiet. The garage space is not included but is negotiable.
