Rent is e i g h t hundred a month plus half utilities. (Internet is complimentary by me) There is parking available for one additional vehicle besides my own. The unit comes with a full kitchen and electric heating. No washer or dryer, but plenty of laundromats nearby. No pets allowed per condo rules.
