I am looking for someone to take over the remainder of my lease in a Bath Apartment located at th Road South. Ideal move in November 1st but can be earlier. With all charges on the lease, expect to pay around $ a month with no car and $ with a car, maybe a little less with winter coming and not as much need for AC (more info about this breakdown in form below).The apartment is a short distance away from Pentagon and Pentagon City Metros and has a free shuttle service each morning and evening to the Pentagon City metro. It also has an in-unit washer and dryer, a fully stocked kitchen with dishwasher, and outdoor sitting (more info about surrounding area in form below).
