All utilities included including washer, dryer, WiFi etc. 3 Blink doorbell/cameras on the outside, one camera monitoring the driveway but in nearly twenty years of ownership I have never had any crime. I know most of the neighbors, who are great. It is on an off-street, little traffic and it is very quiet. There is a smart lock on the door. The driveway parks 4 cars comfortably and can fit up to 8 in a crunch!
