The current roommate leaves then. All bills are included in the price. The restroom is private but must be cleaned regularly as it's the one people would use if they come over we would never use it. 1gb Internet large tv with subscriptions that can be used In the living room when we are not using it. We do occasional game nights and have a drink or two. Some parking is available in the condo area but if full it's unlimited street parking second walk from the front door.
