I have a nice furnished room with a queen size bed and a large smart TV with a nice dresser and plenty of closet space available I don’t care if you have some small pets and I might consider couples but the rent would be an extra hundred dollars, so a month instead of the initial a month. there’s also a small deposit. The condo is near Peoria and th Ave. all utilities are included and there’s a washer and dryer in the unit. I’m very easy-going not a freak by any means but please keep the room clean.
