Great home in a quiet neighborhood in south Fort Collins. Easy access to College Ave, only a minute drive to CSU and Oldtown. minute drive south to Loveland. Great location for anyone who would appreciate access to either city.Shared spaces include a bathroom, a huge living room, and a storage room in the basement. The kitchen and dining room spaces are upstairs. There's also a large fenced backyard, overhead patio, and a hot tub.I am a fairly quiet, laid back person. I work from home so not out of the house much unless I am out and about with my year boys who live here part time. Both are great kids (I'm obviously biased!) and equal parts chill and energetic. I enjoy backpacking and board games. Naturally an introvert, I do creating community and will occasionally host board game nights or barbecues.

The other two bedrooms are currently open, including mine. I am looking for someone to take over my room. I will be moving out Dec th, and the room will be available Dec rd. I am looking for someone asap and will cover rent for January. There is one other person living here with two cats. Animals are allowed. The third bedroom is empty so the shared bathroom would be yours alone. If you have a friend you want to live with, management said you can both apply for this apartment!

Great place to live! Place includes, In unit laundry, Large Kitchen, Large living room. 3 bathrooms (one downstairs and one for each bedroom), air conditioning, furnished, parking included right outside front door, storage room, porch area, great location right near in the middle of CSU west on shields and Elizabeth (food places and CSU a walk away!). I’ve decorated the place really nicely with a record player, video game collection, and other sorts of decor but I welcome any other sort of decorations as well. As for me, I’d say I’m a friendly roommate who is easy going and forgiving, but also likes to play music in the living room and have fun. The complex has a gym and hot tub area as well. The higher-ish rent cost is worth it in so many ways and I’d love to meet you if you think this place could be for you. Thanks! Here is my number for any questions you may have

I have a bedroom in a bath apartment available. Unfortunately no more pets are allowed I have dog/cat so must love animals. The house is furnished aside from the bedroom which will be cleared out. There is a washer and dryer in unit and you will have your own bathroom. If you’re a good fit, you will have to fill out an application with the leasing office to get put on the lease.
