The room for rent is the front room in the home. One of the larger of the three. This room shares a bathroom with the other adjacent room. Bathroom is always kept very clean. The house has a fully renovated, air conditioned and carpeted garage used for entertaining/recreation. The garage also has an additional refrigerator used for storing extra food. The driveway is large and can fit several cars. The backyard is large as well and has a fully functioning barbecue and grill.
