Looking for a roommate in a Patterson condo I’ve recently signed a lease for. It’s 2 bed + den 1 full bath and 2 half baths. It’s 2 levels with a cute spiral staircase and open to below with a huge wall of windows and skylights. There’s a wood burning fireplace and 2 balconies. The amenities include a hottub pool gym and tennis court. Apparently it was built as the Olympic village during the s so it’s kind of layed out like a ski chalet and really homey. I’m a yo student at the UofC and I also have a small furniture business. In my free time I’m usually either at my studio making furniture, doing puzzles in the kitchen, or watching a show. I also love to go to the mountains and ski/hike (this place is only a min drive to Bragg btw). Looking for a female roommate around my age who likes a peaceful and clean living environment. There is also free outdoor parking and tons of storage. It will all be furnished aside from the bedroom, which could also be furnished if need be. Also sorry I’m kind of a cat hater (and a little bit allergic) with the exception of a few so if u have a cat it’s not a hard no but I have to meet it first lol.
