Hello – I have a bedroom available for rent in my home in East Mesa. The bedroom is the ONLY downstairs bedroom in the home (other 3 BR are all upstairs). Kitchen, Living Room, Laundry Room and Game Room downstairs are all shared spaces. The room is on the smaller side (roughly ) with a small closet (not a walk-in) – additional closet space can be made available if needed. All utilities including Wi-Fi are included. About me: Single, Professional yo male. I have an yo son who lives outside of the home and a 9 yo daughter who stays with me ~3 nights week. I work from home ~4 days a week between the hours of p. I have a 5 yo dog, Bella, who is friendly with everyone. When not working, I am generally exercising, traveling or spending time with my daughter/friends. I am generally a private person and will respect the privacy of any tenant. I am seeking a FEMALE roommate only – for no other reason than this is what my ex-wife and I are comfortable with given my daughter is in the home part time. I have tried renting this room in the past and it was a HORRIBLE experience – therefore I will be selective.
