Home was gutted and updated in with natural gas heat, central air, new windows, kitchen, baths, etc. Shared kitchen, living, dining, laundry, full and half bath. Full bath has a double vanity so we each get our own sink. Private fenced in back yard and patio/courtyard. Must be okay with and like dogs, I have 2 female dogs (black lab and pitbull) who have free range of the house and yard. (Crated at times but usually not). Home is a row home on the outskirts of the “city” of Columbia. Down a one way street. It is street parking. Rent is $ per month plus half utilities.
