We live upstairs and are looking for single persons only who are quiet, responsible and value their privacy. The house is in a residential neighborhood and street parking is available. We are seeking year contracts for $ hundred and $ hundred fifty per month and $ fifty for utilities. The move-in fee is first and last month rent plus a $ security deposit. A clean criminal record is required. Small pets are allowed but no smokers please.
