Room is unfurnished but the common area is furnished as well as the balcony so you would have access to use my furniture. Complex pays for water, sewer, trash and cable. Complex offers free tennis and yoga lessons as well! As far as utilities, you will only be for half of the internet and half of the electricity bill. Utilities cost will be discussed. As far as parking, one carport would be shared but open parking is also available in the complex. You will also receive 1 guest pass.
