Active and Semi-Retired couple wants to rent the furnished upstairs lg. master bedroom w/ensuite in a quite Adult Community. You will get a lot for $ + deposit (will work with you on that). The furnished room includes everything even the towels and sheets. All utilities are paid separately. There is lots of storage, laundry and resort privileges. There is a small refrigerator and microwave in your room. You do have kitchen privileges if you want to cook. No separate entrance, but there is a key lock on the bedroom door. Our neighbors are friendly. 1 mile from IMax.No pets. Non-smoker, M-F. Only serious need to respond. Need references.
