Overnight guests and pets (except for dogs that are not registered as service animals per the complex's rules) are allowed. Bringing a pet that is not registered as a service animal requires a pet deposit.UTILITIES: Gas and water are included in the rent, and electricity and internet are not included. The rent is due on the 1st of every month with no grace period. The lease is annual, but the complex allows you to have someone else take over your spot on the lease before it ends without it counting as a lease break.ALLOWED SUBSTANCES: Cannabis consumption is allowed inside of the apartment but not outside in or near the apartment complex. Tobacco consumption is allowed outside in the apartment complex but not inside the apartment. Alcohol consumption is allowed in the apartment.UNIT: The apartment is sq. ft. and has a spacious dining area and kitchen with a large amount of storage room. There is an onsite laundry facility that is very close to the unit you would be occupying. The washers and dryers both cost $ to use (except for the power wash setting on the washers which costs $) and also use the Wash Connect app. You can extend the time on the dryer by minutes for only $, in which multiple loads of laundry can be dried with one extended cycle by swapping loads mid-cycle, at a much lower cost than giving each load it’s own non-extended cycle. There is one parking spot for the entire apartment but I do not personally use it. It will be shared between you and the couple occupying the other smaller bedroom other than the one I am occupying.
