You would have a private entrance, a large walk in closet, and a small storage space inside your bedroom. Utilities are a flat rate. Must be okay with dogs in the home, but my Pittie wouldn’t be in your room. There’s a building-shared laundry room that you can easily access from your bedroom and a laundromat just around the corner. The neighborhood is extremely walkable and one of the safest I’ve seen in Philly. Tons of cute shops, cafes & restaurants nearby. Two grocery stores and a hardware store within 2 blocks. Several sizable parks are just a few blocks away like Washington Square, Seger Park, and Palumbo Recreation Center park.
