I’m a gay man (he/him) with two sweet Boston Terriers with 1 room available in my home. I am a very mellow, quiet, tidy and work oriented professional that works from home. Another bedroom is currently occupied by another gay man, professional, quiet and respectful. I’m seeking a LGBT friendly person with a similar desire to live in a safe, clean, peaceful, drama free environment. Emphasis will be on finding the right person / compatibility.I’m looking to sublet 1 private bedroom; (large w/closet) with big windows and high ceilings, with a small amount of additional indoor storage, and access to a detached garage with room for a bike/scooter. The laundry room, dining room and kitchen (with breakfast nook) is shared, with available dishes, silverware, cookware and utensils to use. The 1 bathroom is also shared, is always super clean and tidy, and we are both very flexible about accommodating shower times. The small deck and yard are great places to hang out in on sunny days. The rest of the house is predominately occupied by myself, but the dogs and I are happy to have occasional company to hang out with or watch shows. The apartment is located in Queen Anne in the middle of Queen Anne Avenue and it is a safe location. The apartment is 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. It would be $ for rent and around $ for utilities monthly. WiFi is $ monthly and rental insurance is around $6 monthly. The room is very spacious. There is a patio and a great view at the apartment complex. There is also a free parking spot if you have a car. The lease would start September . The common areas are already pre-furnished and the room is also furnished with the necessities such as a bed, desk, drawers, full body length mirror, side table, and hangers in the closet. You would not need to buysnything unless you wanted to. You have the option to move it with the existing furniture or ask to have the room emptied.
