I’m an artist who works in Lower Manhattan and at home. I also travel occasionally for work. I’m pretty laid back. My interests are film, music, and comedy. I have 2 cats. (Both gentle and well behaved, who keep to themselves in new environments, but please do not pet them unless you are okay with new shadows following you around.) I need a room and enough space to set up a large desk. I get along with just about everyone, and find most things can be solved with communication. I would prefer a year if possible. Looking for February first, but can do sooner (I just would not be able to start moving until then.)
