I'm looking for a private bedroom with my own private bathroom in a house located in a safe, quiet neighborhood. With laundry privileges and my own little cooking area. Or light kitchen privileges. I don't do much cooking at all. I eat out a lot. But I do need a fridge to place my groceries in. If I can get a small area for a toaster oven and microwave I'm good with that. If there is no stove, that's is okay. I prefer unfurnished. But furnished is fine as well. I'm only looking to share a house with (1) other retiree, retired couple, or mature professional who has no children living with them in the house. Unfortunately, I'm allergic to cats but love dogs. If you have one dog that lives on the property that's fine. About myself: I'm in my fifties. I live a very quiet lifestyle. I'm very respectful, clean and conscientious of others and keep to myself. I don't smoke or drink alcohol and have no children. It's just me. I'm divorced. I don't plan on having any guests. And I'm currently not dating anyone. I just want to keep to myself. Keep my head down. Work hard and save money. I want to find a person who prefers to live a quiet lifestyle as I do. Someone who is thoughtful, considerate, conscientious, clean and respectful.
