Looking for a roomie , rent is a flat rate with utilities included & private bathroom unless I rent my other room then it would be shared. Super clean . I travel 2 weeks out of the month so you will have the place to yourself most of the time . No drama here just relaxation . This would be good for someone trying to save or locating here for work :)
