I’m a responsible, quiet, and clean workaholic who keeps to myself, pays bills on time, and appreciates a peaceful and well-kept home. I’m the kind of person who enjoys a calm space to recharge, and I value roommates who prefer the same. I don’t party, or have loud gatherings, and I’m looking to live with someone who also enjoys a quieter lifestyle and respects personal space. I’m relocating from New Hampshire for a job in the Gold Coast. I’ve lived in Chicago before and already know my way around the city. Because I’m moving from out of state, I prefer to live with someone who is ID-verified through the platform. I’m already verified myself, and beginning with mutual transparency helps both roommates start off with trust and peace of mind. During the week, I’m focused on work and like to unwind with cooking, reading, or watching a show at night. On weekends, I enjoy exploring local spots, taking long walks, and discovering great food. Cleanliness and responsibility matter to me. I don’t smoke, and take pride in keeping shared areas clean and tidy. I’m a good communicator, but I’m not intrusive — I prefer a home where everyone respects each other’s schedules, routines, and privacy. I really love animals (except maybe spiders!), so pets are very welcome in my world. If you have a bunny, dog, or cat, or something smaller, I will probably be more excited than you are. My ideal setup would include in-unit laundry and off-street parking, since I’ll be working in the Gold Coast and convenience makes a big difference with long workdays. That said, the right atmosphere and a respectful roommate matter more to me than amenities alone.
