Hello, my name is Lorenzo. I am employed full-time and relocating back to the Annapolis area for work continuity and overall quality of life. I have been with my current company for 7 years and maintain stable, consistent employment.
I’m a quiet, responsible, and respectful tenant. I keep my living space clean, pay rent on time, and take good care of the property. I do not host parties, I’m mindful of noise, and I respect house rules and privacy.
I live a low-key lifestyle — I work during the day and relax in the evenings. I’m independent, easy to communicate with, and value a peaceful, respectful home environment. I am LGBTQ-friendly.
Location is very important: I am only looking in Annapolis, Riva Road, Arnold, or Edgewater. I am not considering Baltimore or any other areas, as the commute would be too far for my work schedule.
I’m planning to move around January 2 and can be flexible for the right situation within these areas. I’m happy to provide references, proof of income, or additional information if needed.
