Older female, clean, mature, sociable but quiet, moving back to teach in the Bronx, looking for an easy commute, LGBTQ friendly, no drama and low rent. Move in mid-January, staying through end of June. Spouse is in FL, would prefer to be allowed an overnight guest so she can visit. Not bringing pets but I'm fine with yours. Will be upstate with elderly mom or out of state most weekends/longer school breaks.
