Rent is $ per month, with utilities and Wi-Fi split evenly among roommates. The apartment is clean, comfortable, and already furnished in the common areas, and the bedroom can be furnished if needed. You’d be sharing the room with a respectful and easygoing roommate, and the rest of the apartment has plenty of natural light, good heating and AC, and on- laundry.
