I am looking for someone to take over my lease at Terrapin Row Apartments in a private room, private bath, and a parking space from now to July st. The monthly rent is ~$ with the utilities and the parking space. Terrapin Row is a beautiful building, next to campus, with a ton of amenities including a pool, a gym, and outdoor space.
