Hey there, I am years old freelance worker looking for a room to rent in West Philadelphia. I am a very clean and communicative tenant who mostly keeps to themselves. I have an elderly emotional support cat that lives in my room (need to know where she is in case I need her) you’ll only see her if you enter my room with permission. I like to paint and mostly try to get my life back together after a pretty traumatic experience with previous landlords. It’s hard for me to be taken seriously due to my occupation as the paystubs are from my online business page. So I’m looking for something pretty flexible and is okay with my pay stubs as proof of income and my previous rental payments in Philly for the last two months and my 5 years in NYC as well as a means to show I can absolutely handle all finances alone.
