Hi there f but I have the energy of a younger yr old as I am very active. I bike daily. I am looking for a room where the landlord will accept the pilot program of $ rent on paper. I can pay the difference in a different contract. I was a stay at home mom for ten years. I was a caregiver. I’m super clean and can help you organize your place in exchange for a discount. I’ve watched children since I was a teen (my mother had a daycare in her home). I am amazing with children. I am certified children’s yoga teacher. I have taught prenatal, postnatal and kundalini yoga. I am friends with the local based group the galactivators so I am involved with the community. I volunteer with local events. Yelp elite years. Love trying new restaurants. I am a good cook but don’t like cooking just for myself. I am happy to cook for groups (I’ve cooked for 3 families for ten years nightly).
