The bedroom is on the second floor and shares a bathroom with one roommate. The house is big and spacious with a massive backyard and two car garage. Washer/dryer in unit too! Located in La Costa/Carlsbad area in a nice safe neighborhood with lots of street parking. Near Vons and Hour Fitness La Costa.
