You will share the 2nd floor with my brother, along with a tidy bathroom. Living room and Kitchen are a shared space. Laundry in the basement. Fridge space is kind of limited, but plenty of pantry space. Bit of a homebody so if not at work you can often find me in somewhere on the 1st floor. A small area in the basement could be offered for storage. A good tenant is paramount. I do prefer a student but it’s not necessary tbh. I would like to interview multiple people before deciding. A simple lease will be written up. While I’m vegetarian my brother is not, feel free to eat and cook however you like.
