But we will also add a refrigerator to the basement for convenience. So a person or couple couple have a microwave and and some limited cooking in the basement when they didn't want to share the main level kitchen with us.All Utilities and High Speed Broadband are included.

a pretty sizable room with your own walk in closet, also a personal bathroom across the hallway. both are being used to store me and my hubbys things at the moment but we’ll move the stuff out as soon as someone moves in. apartment itself has a living space with a big quality tv and two sofas. also has a balcony facing the courtyard and a study right across from the kitchen. unfortunately no more animals :( we’re at our max with our cats
