Big backyard that is flat and has a shed for extra storage along with a large cellar with 2 dry rooms. I have an alarm system and 2 dogs. I am looking for a roommate to share the house with. You have free run of the house, just like me. year lease. Alarm System installed. All utilities included. Rent due on the 1st of the month. You can have people over that you know and trust but no wild parties. Same for me. No smoking in the house. Vaping is OK. No pets, I have 1 does not play well with other dogs/cats. He is old and grumpy.

Super Big Bedroom in basement you will have your own small dorm size refrigerator, queen size.bed, in tv, dresser ,moveable closet, nightstand , an electric fireplace with heater and plenty of shelves to store stuff in your room. You will have a bathroom downstairs.the bathroom has toilet, sink and shower. It’s in the shared laundry room. There is a shared kitchen and full gym with everything you would need for a full body workout to include boxing bag. Treadmill, cardio machine ,abdominal machine , exercise balls, free weights, stair stepper, yoga, and a personal trainer to do anything else you would want on the Mirror. I don’t smoke but you can outside I have a nice area set up. No smoking in the house. I’m not a big drinker but like a mixed drink every now and then. All my kids are grown so I have this big house all to myself. There is a living room that is downstairs for you to utilize. All Utilities included to include super fast Internet. No cats highly allergic. No big dogs. No reptiles. There is a in ground pool with a relaxing covered patio to grill and watch tv on. Or outdoor speakers to listen to music while you sit around the fire pit. Yes there is a Deposit because I have been burned before
