This is a cute house with a spare room to rent. There is a full bath with a toilet room in the basement. I have a nice washer and dryer with space to store some of your things. The room is furnished now but I can remove all the furniture that is currently in there if needed.The house has a fully fenced in year with gardens and space to plant your vegetables.
