The building is not wheelchair accessible, unfortunately.The complex allows cats for a $ fee and dogs for a $ fee. The pet rent is $ a month with a two pet limit, and there are dog breed restrictions. I have no pets and am happy to welcome any brought in so long as they are house trained.The building is clean and well maintained, with management conducting regular safety inspections each year. The bathroom has a stain on the ceiling that maintenence has cleared, and the unit occasionally carries a strong chemical smell from neighbors cleaning for those sensitive. There’s a huge open unfinished basement with a couple rugs, an old bar and a washing machine and dryer. I’d be willing to rent it out for $ each to no more than two people. There’s a small crawl space attached also. I could put some furniture and a couple more carpets down there to make it more cozy. The moving fee will only apply if I have to bring large furniture downstairs and set it up. Because one of the washer and dryer sets is down in the basement, other roommates will occasionally need to come down to the basement. I will expect them to respect your privacy and knock to let you know before they come downstairs.
