I have 1 cat so you must love animals, but no dogs allowed in building. I have a ring camera in front of the apt door mainly just to have and to let know the mailmen to leave packages, we are nice and friendly but usually stay in our rooms. The room will have some furnitures. You must be clean, pick up after yourself and dishes must be washed same day, noise should be at a minimum by 9pm (mindful of others) it is usually peaceful in the apartment.
